The Korean Intelligence Team has revealed that Koreans have come to Cambodia on their own to commit online scam offences!!!

South Korea's chief minister checks the location of fraud offenses in the Lower Complex neighborhood, Phnom Penh, October 22.

A delegation from the Republic of Korea, led by Kim Seok-ki, a senior official of the opposition party, along with the government-led party chief, patrolled the location of suspected online scam offenders at the White Horse Building, Concrete Road, Phnom Penh Village, Phnom Penh Forest District, Phnom Penh.

In this operation, the Diversity Task Force detained 86 foreigners, including 57 women, 57 Koreans, and 29 Chinese.

The Secretariat of the Commission on the Combat of Technological Fraud (CPC) said that in that operation, the exhibition material that the Torture Force extorted contained 126 units of computers and 30 units of mobile phones.

The Phnom Penh Police Police Department disclosed to the delegation all the evidence related to the online scam, the implementation of operations against the crackdown of Cambodia's diverse capacity forces, the results of forensic examinations on technical equipment, and the location of the actual offenses.

The CPP stated: "After receiving the information and examining it directly, the Korean delegation clearly understood that these Koreans were not coerced or coerced by anyone, that is, they were acting derogatory acts themselves."

According to the CPC, the representative of the Korean delegation also requested the Cambodian side to continue criminal suppression operations and provide rescue interventions to Koreans who are victims of this online phishing scam.

Kim said he would take the above results and continue to disseminate them more widely so as not to mislead Cambodia around the online scam issue upon returning to the country, and also pledged to continue good cooperation with the Cambodian side in the fight against the crime of cyber scams, according to the CPC.
